1. OUR SERVICES

We provide AI literacy and career development programmes for students aged 16-18, including Atlas Programme (AI Mastery), Phoenix Programme (Career Architecture), Genesis Programme (Entrepreneurship), and workshops.

2. PAYMENT TERMS

Full payment required at enrollment
Payments processed through Stripe
All fees in GBP including VAT
Early bird discounts until specified dates

3. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

Cooling Off: 14-day full refund from enrollment Programme Cancellations:
Full refund if cancelled 7+ days before start
50% refund if cancelled 2-7 days before
No refund if cancelled <2 days before
Medical exceptions considered
Ongoing Programmes:
Full refund within first two sessions
Prorated refunds after session two

4. STUDENT CONDUCT

Regular attendance required
Respectful behavior toward instructors and students
Disruption may result in removal without refund

5. LIABILITY

Liability limited to programme fees paid
Not liable for indirect or consequential damages
Professional indemnity insurance maintained
